As someone who has always thought therapy is for other people I can honestly say when my physical health reached rock bottom as did my mental health (compounded by the loss of my father) it was with Fi’s therapy that I started to turn a corner. I learned so much about myself in just a couple of sessions. Fi is so clever in what she does and is a supportive coach and counsellor/therapist. I still draw on techniques and lessons I learned through my sessions. I’m so glad I found her when I needed her, it set me on the path of recovery
